A CSCS card is a necessity for many people to be able to carry out their job on and around sites, and there are different cards for different occupations. Applicants for CSCS cards need to demonstrate they have been appropriately trained and have the right qualifications before they are issued with one. To successfully gain a CSCS card an applicant needs to be able to prove that they have achieved a nationally recognised qualification in a construction related skill.
